The Meadows Center provides reduced cost outpatient primary medical care, outpatient behavioral health services, community based behavioral health services, dental services, community health services, eldercare services, volunteer services and center for work and family.
Screening Information:
The Screening and Diagnostic Services Include: Office Visits, Screenings and Diagnostics, Mammograms, Breast Biopsies, , Pap Tests, , Surgical Consultations and Clinical Breast Exams.
Reduced Cost Information:
Provides various breast health services to medically underserved individuals, at reduced costs.
