Description of Services:
Cohc provides an integrated model of primary care based on a private practice model through three major patient care departments: Medical, Dental, and Behavioral Health. Cervical and breast exams are available for early detection of breast and cervical cancer. Cohc’s services are geared primarily towards the medically underserved and are offered on a sliding fee basis and without regard to ability to pay.
Screening Information:
The Screening and Diagnostic Services Include: Office Visits, Screenings and Diagnostics, Mammograms, Breast Biopsies, Breast Ultrasounds, Fine Needle Aspirations, Pap Tests, Colposcopies and Colposopy-directed biopsies, LEEP, Surgical Consultations and Clinical Breast Exams.
