Make an impact on breast cancer in Connecticut!
You can help raise additional funds to fight breast cancer by collecting tax-deductible donations from family, friends, neighbors and colleagues. We have all the tools you need to be successful and we will provide some special incentives - prizes to our top fund raisers.
Remember, every dollar helps us impact Connecticut. Donations can be mialed in to the Komen Office or dropped off at the Donations Tent on Race Day.

Impact Connecticut. Receive an "Impact. I Made One." shirt and a Komen Connecticut tote bag. The top 2 fundraisers will win Roundtrip air transportation on American Airlines or American Eagle to any destination in the contiguous U.S. Limit one (1) ticket per household. |

$1,000 - $2,499 |
Impact Connecticut. Receive an "Impact. I Made One." shirt and have your name entered in a drawing to win a Microsoft Software Gift Basket. |

Imagine. Receive a $10 gift card, pink ribbon athletic soks and have your name entered in a drawing to win a special prize. |

$250 - $499 |
Inspire. Receive a Susan G. Komen for the Cure commemorative pin and have your name entered in a drawing to win a Susan G. Komen for the Cure set of travel mugs. |
Pledge Program winners will be determined by total funds raised by July 1, 2010. We gladly accept donations at any time but those received after June 30th will not count toward the fund raising program prizes. And don’t forget to send in your donation form with your donations!
Please note: Registration fees are not added to your fundraising total. Registration Fees are not tax deductible unless you chose the In the Pink registration option which includes a $45 tax-deductible amount.

2. Take the Power of 10 Challenge
The challenge is simple, but the impact can be life-changing. Please join us in the Power of 10 Challenge by asking 10 friends for $10 each to raise $100.

4. Double your donation with matching gifts
Effortlessly increase your fundraising total - ask your employer about matching gifts.
Don't forget: registering for the Race is just your first step! Raising pledges to support your Race for the Cure participation is what drives our community's progress in the fight against breast cancer.
Last year, Komen Connecticut funded 2,590 mammograms locally for women in need. However thousands of Connecticut did not receive the services and treatment that can save their lives. Pledges help make it happen...so power up your fundraising efforts today and every day until the Race.
